Here is the email he sent me after I inquired about his car: I am very happy that you are interested in my car , but you must know that the car is not located in USA but in EU , still the car is registered in VA , USA so you will have no problem purchasing this car . Now let me tell you the terms of the sell : i am willing to send you any info of the car and title , carfax report , and shipping document , what i ask in return is for you to be serious buyer and send me a part of the money after you get a chance to see all these documents.if you are serious you should have no reason not to accept my terms , and you can get the car , if you dont accept the terms , please dont email me back

This is great!! I have relatives scattered all throughout europe, just reply with information about where they can look @ the car, and one of them can go look @ the car and purchase it for me.
